Sometimes the clichés in life can hit the hardest.

The cliché of the day is thinking about how “there are 365 opportunities in a year to make a difference”.

And when I think about this, there truly is an unbelievable number of opportunities that present themselves in a year.

A lot can change, a lot can grow.

And throughout all of these days/opportunities, we need fuel.

We need reminders, we need ideas, we need support, we need a lot.

In order to take advantage, we have to take care.

We can’t do our best if we don’t feel our best: Physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, etc.

And everyone’s fuel looks different.

For some it may be coffee – for some it may be friendship – for some it may be a workout – for some it may be alone time.

Whatever your fuel is, I encourage you to invest in it each day so that you can feel at your best, in all facets, to be able to take advantage of the opportunities in front of you.

After all, there are at least 365 opportunities in a year.

So let’s take one today and do something special.
