Something that I believe that is very important is achieving a balance.
I think of this mentally – how is your life positioned?
How does it make you feel?
Is something overwhelming you or do you feel like a piece is not there enough?
When we can start to answer those questions, we can begin to figure out what our balance looks like.
We know what we need.
By being able to implement those needs into our daily lives, we begin to feel more aligned.
It’s hard to maintain any balance once you get on the beam, though.
Distractions, detours, etc.
Much can get in the way.
But if you can maintain focus and action on that balance you know that is right for you, you can keep moving forward…
No matter how thin the beam may be.
For me, my balance can change some.
But I remain rooted in many things that I know to be things that I need.
I need the right support.
I need the right mentality.
I need the right places.
Once you channel in, it’s hard to walk any other beam.
I encourage you to focus on that balance you know is best for you.
Don’t be afraid to walk the beam.
Because once you’re feet are set, you’ll know it’s the right place.
The perfect place.
