Belief.

As you may have seen on my social media recently, I am beginning to make an emphasis on what I believe in.

We all have a lot of beliefs, but this specific belief I am talking about comes from what I believe I can do in the world.

I want to use my platforms, my talents, my time…

I want to be able to share my belief and make a difference…

In my life and in everyone’s lives that I can reach.

I just got back from Nashville, TN, and while I was there, I listened to a speaker that was discussing belief statements.

After reflecting on what I believe in, what I do, and who I am, I found a belief statement that has truly sat with me for a long time that has just become realized:

“I believe a few words can change your day and your life.”

I have always felt the power of words.

Whether I’m receiving them or giving them, a few words can make all the difference in my day, my outlook, my mood.

As I started this blog 3 years ago and my podcast 1 year ago, I have always wanted to use words as a way to help myself and other grow.

Learning through them – reflecting on them – growing with them.

I just value words so highly and think that they can make all the difference.

So, because of this belief, I want to use them to MAKE a difference.

You will be seeing this belief often and abundantly, as I want to always remind those around me of not only what I believe, but why I believe it and how I want to make a difference in my life, your life, and the world.

Let’s continue to use our words to build, not destroy.

Let’s continue to believe and not falter.

Let’s continue to learn, reflect, and grow.

Thank you for being a part of this journey – one that is full of belief, promise, and is just the beginning.

  1. I couldn’t agree more. Nationally, words have been used to express negativity this past year. If everyone had the same belief as you, this would be a much better world. Thanks.
