As the saying goes, “history repeats itself.”
Oftentimes, in life, we see similar or the same experiences happen many times over as we maneuver through our days.
We learn from these repeated scenarios and can recognize things about them in our lives as they happen.
Learning comes from experience.
However, sometimes we learn that this experience that is repeating itself is negative – that we really don’t want it to keep happening (or at least at the specificity that it is at the moment).
Once we recognize this, it’s important to realize what action/step is next.
What can we do to stand in the way of this pattern? – This “circle” that life is throwing us for loops in.
We don’t need to build a wall – we need to be the wall.
At the end of the day, we have a choice to stand there and take what is going on and do something about it.
Whether we are successful the first time or not doesn’t matter – once we take a step towards breaking a pattern, a habit, a circle – we can really be that wall that we need to be to make a difference in curving that circle.
And those words are important, too – “Breaking” and “Curving”
Sometimes we just want to cut this experience off and keep it from moving – other times we want to curve this experiencing and shape it to something different.
Whatever it may be that you’re looking to make a difference in today, take that step in between the lines and be the wall that you can be.
Continue to step in and be a difference maker in reshaping life’s bad circles.

“I believe a few words can change your day and your life.”
Makes sense… I believe lessons not learnt keep repeating themselves…especially during these times..from my observation, it doesnโt get easier if one tries to avoid.. Have a great day! ๐๐ป๐๐๐ป
